The SR Technologies management team is comprised of multiple years of expertise in various areas ranging from software and hardware design to quality assurance and network forensics.

Rick Lund - CEO
Rick Lund - CEO
Rick Lund is the founder and CEO of SR Technologies . He has over 33 years of experience in technical and electronic surveillance operations. Rick spent the first 12 years in the law enforcement community in both supervisory and management positions with a local department in South Florida and later as a Special Agent with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. For 13 years, he served as a consultant and subject matter expert to numerous branches of the US Government as well as the telecommunications industry throughout the world while managing a successful consulting firm performing services in over 30 countries.
David Flynn - President
David Flynn - Chief Operating Officer and Facility Security Officer
David Flynn served in the United States Navy for six years as a Naval Security Group Communications Technician where he held a TS/SCI crypto security clearance. At the completion of his service he joined law enforcement from which he retired after 23 years of service. During his law enforcement career, he served as a Lead Investigator in Federal as well as State criminal investigations. His expertise in the use of electronic surveillance techniques and his lead in over seventy-five court ordered communication signal interceptions led to numerous indictments and convictions. David has been with SRT since shortly after its inception in 1999.

Mike joined SR Technologies after serving 23 years in the law enforcement community.  He retired from the Connecticut State Police where he managed the Electronic Surveillance Unit for 13 years and was responsible for communication intercepts, technical electronic countermeasures, covert video surveillance, tracking, and audio and video enhancements.  During that time he supported local, state and federal agencies and represented state and local agencies with the FBI’s CALEA Implementation Section.  Mike is recognized as a subject matter expert in communication intercept techniques and has provided technical training, operational support, and policy guidance nationally and internationally.  Mike served as the President of the National Technical Investigators’ Association (NATIA) as was a member of the board of directors for 15 years.

As the Senior Vice President, Mike oversees the business development efforts of government programs and commercial opportunities.  He is responsible for corporate relations, partnerships and teaming.  Mike also oversees the Technical Services Section which conducts operator based functional and operational testing, as well as customer support and training CONUS and OCONUS.  Mike has received government training in overseas personnel security.          

John Mann - CFO

John M. Mann is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer for the SRT Group of companies. His background includes nine years with the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse in their New York and Miami offices. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and as a board member with private and public companies on a national and international basis. Mr. Mann is also a principal in certain other companies in Florida and Colorado which are involved in financial and forensic consulting.

Finance and Administration
David O’Neal is a certified public accountant and serves as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the SRT Group. He began his career with the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse and spent four years in the audit and tax departments. He has experience in various industries including banking, truck leasing, retail, distribution, utilities and transportation. He has extensive experience in public finance and obtained over $2 billion in bond financing through various bond issues with two public agencies.

Luis E. Llorens, a 20-year computer engineer veteran joined SR Technologies in 2003 as a Senior Software Developer. His career as Vice President of the Engineering Group has a proven successful track record in managing on-going systems engineering, production and test phases of major satellite communications tactical programs as well as contract services, customer liaison, support and reporting for major commercial and government programs.  His technical background includes digital signal processing, extensive understanding of satellite communications systems, O&M operations and commercial telecom networks.  Mr. Llorens graduated with honors from the University of Puerto Rico in 1986 and the University of Miami in 1987, where he earned a B.S. and an M.S. in computer engineering.

Vincent Costagliola joined SR Technologies in 2004 as a Software developer, quickly moving to the position of Vice President of the Information Systems Group.  In his capacity as Vice President, Vincent is responsible for SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for both strategic and tactical software platforms as well as internal IT infrastructure.  His technical background includes 15 years experience in software development platforms such as C, Visual Basic, Visual Studio / Visual Studio .Net as well as an extensive knowledge of systems integration and business analytics.  Mr. Costagliola is an active member of young AFCEANS, AFCEA, HTCIA (High Technology Criminal Investigation Association – Mid Atlantic Chapter),  InfraGard, as well as an appointed member to the national AFCEA Technology Committee.  Vincent holds a BS in Electrical Engineers with an emphasis on Computer Engineering and has two minors in Criminal Justice and Military Sciences, as well as a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI).   Vincent’s current focus is on emerging wireless technologies and the study of cross platform utilization of Satellite, Cellular and 802.11x wireless networks.

James O'Brien joined SR Technologies as a Quality Assurance Engineer in May of 2005.  Within three months he was elevated to Manager and now serves as Director of Quality Assurance.  He and his group have been responsible for developing and standardizing Project Lifecycle and Quality Assurance testing processes and methodologies within SR Technologies.  The Quality Assurance team’s primary focus is to report and document defect and enhancement resolution as well as track hardware and software changes for all strategic and tactical platforms.  Mr. O’Brien is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a minor in Public Policy. He has been working in the Software Industry for the past 15 years.

Joyce Solis is a Certified Public Accountant and joined SRT in 2006 with seventeen years of experience in the accounting and finance field. Her auditor position with DCAA later advanced her to various roles with a Department of Defense contractor, which afterward opened up other career opportunities in various industries, some including environmental, sports and entertainment. In 1991, Joyce received a B.S. in Accounting at Southern Utah University, and then went on to graduate with a MBA in 1996 from Westminster College, in Salt Lake City Utah. After serving as a Controller for 2 years with SRT, she was later promoted to Director of Finance.

Katrin joined SR Technologies in 2004 as a Project Coordinator, responsible for the development, integration, analysis, documentation and presentation of all project plans, SOW's, direct costs and schedules. As a Project Coordinator Katrin prepared bids and responses to RFP’s, progress and other reports; and ensured final contract deliverables and documents were consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. SRT received Excellent and Very Good program ratings on every contract and task order under the supervision of Katrin while she was the Project Coordinator.  As the Director of Government Programs Katrin formulates proposals, negotiations and execution strategies including the integration of work statements, price and payment provisions, contract terms, program execution plans and work authorizations. Katrin has over 14 years in sales, 10 years in contracts and is a certified government contracts manager.

Commercial Sales and Marketing

A senior manager with extensive experience in sales, promotion, marketing, product conceptualization and business development. A pioneer in the marketing of wireless location-specific safety and security systems for consumer and commercial applications.  Key contributor to start up companies in numerous areas including sales and marketing organizations, training programs, telemarketing programs and the staffing of sales and promotional projects.
