The Pandora L-Band Sensor is the smallest L-Band Sensor in production. It is a stand-alone, battery operated L-Band and GPS sensor and receiver system. This compact system is capable of receiving MES signaling from compatible wireless systems in a geo referenced context.

Setup is quick and easy. Simply attach the GPS and L-Band antenna, plug in the headset and you are operational. Power comes on automatically and the system restores pre-set configuration data from non-volatile memory. The high capacity battery maintains the system for up to 20 hours per charge and can run indefinitely with external power. The system saves all data collected with GPS position updates to non-volatile memory, ready for downloading over USB for post processing with the Pandora Utility application. The systems USB connection can be used for downloading data, immediate real-time analysis, or backhauling, configuring the radio or updating the firmware.

Pandora can be configured in a cascading matrix to provide geo-fence meta data and is programmable to operate on a number of popular Mobile Satellite physical layers and modes. Additional interfaces also make this an ideal system for remote, unattended applications.
