The Quality Assurance (QA) Group is responsible for ensuring quality throughout the entire software development process.  This includes reviewing requirements documents, creating detailed test plans, change management, configuration management, release management and of course, software testing.  Our team of experienced Quality Assurance Analysts are actively involved in the analysis and design of new products, evaluating prototypes, conducting integration and system testing within a controlled environment, regression testing and evaluating performance metrics on our equipment.  The QA team works closely with our Tech Services Team to establish and execute User Acceptance Test Plans to ensure that our products not only perform in a controlled laboratory environment, but also, adhere to practical "real world" scenarios.  

QA has established a systematic approach to the evaluation of the quality of and adherence to software product standards, processes, and procedures.  This includes the process of assuring that standards and procedures are established and are followed throughout the project life cycle.  These standards and procedures play a vital role in ensuring that our products are delivered with the reliability, efficiency and usability our customers have grown accustomed to.
