Conrad Smith is responsible for the company’s CTO Group, Engineering, Production and Program Management offices. Conrad also works closely with customers, technology partners and business development units to drive the company’s roadmap and strategy. Conrad joined SR Technologies in 2004 as an Engineer and was more recently the company’s CTO prior to promotion to President. His career has included executive management and senior engineering roles in the United Kingdom and United States for defense contractors, Silicon Valley start-ups and private commercial businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire in England.

Chief Operating Officer

Vincent Costagliola is Chief Operations Officer for SR Technologies, Inc. in this role, has the responsibility for leading manufacturing, information system security and facilities/facilities security, quality/configuration management. Vincent has more than 25 years of extensive operations and enterprise continuous improvement experience in software development, hardware implementation, and lean manufacturing organizations.

Vincent joined SRT in August 2003 from Executive Systems Integrators, Inc where he was the principal consultant in implementation of systems for various industry associated with automation, system development and large-scale implementation projects in document management, retail management, clothing manufacturing, insurance and aircraft repair manufacturing.

Vincent holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Computer Engineering and has two minors in Criminal Justice and Military Sciences, Certificate from Harvard in Cybersecurity, Data Sciences from Berkley, and Systems Engineering from Cornell. He also has a Project Management Professional certification, CISSP, CWNA and is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), AFCEA and NDIA.

Chief Technology Officer

Gerry Bezenek is the Chief Technical Officer working directly with Conrad Smith President of SRT. Gerry started at SRT in 2022 as Director of Technology -Systems and quickly progressed to CTO. Gerry has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering focused on RF and Electromagnetics. For the last 20+ years, he has worked at two of the largest DoD contractors as a thought leader in radio solutions, RF systems and Open Architectures for SIGINT/EW/EA/Cyber. As CTO Gerry will work collaboratively to set the SRT technology direction while also focusing on successful program execution and engineering excellence throughout SRT.

Chief Revenue Officer

James has 30+ years’ experience working in the software and defense industries, joining SRT in 2005 as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer. Within months he was promoted to Manager and eventually was named Director of Quality Assurance. During his time in QA, he established several strategic customer relationships and was named VP of Government Business Development in 2012. Since then, SRT has experienced tremendous growth in both revenue and personnel resulting in a promotion to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in January 2021.  In his role as CRO, James is responsible for business units that impact the customer experience. These include Government Business Development, Quality Assurance, and the Technical Operations Group. James works closely with the entire executive team to ensure SRTs internal and external business strategies are aligned and that customer service and satisfaction remain our top priority.

Vice President of Government Operations

Arthur Leite has over 30 years of experience working with the DoD and Intelligence Community. Starting in 1992 he spent 21 years as part of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Special Operations groups where he served in multiple duty assignments, conducted and led an array of operations on multiple continents and over a dozen countries.  After retiring from the Army in 2013 he went to work at SR Technologies supporting the Government Operations business sector.  As the Vice President of Government Operations, he serves as the primary interface with many of SR Technologies current and prospective clients ensuring their requirements are met. In addition, to client relations he develops and manages a variety of strategic relationships with partner companies. 

Vice President of Government Development

Matt is the Vice President of Government Development, and joined SRT in 2018 with the goal of helping to connect our technology with customer needs. He retired at the rank of Colonel from the US Air Force after 23 years in the special operations and intelligence community, and commanded an ISR Group, and Intelligence Squadron, and a Signals Detachment. During his 11 combat tours, he used SRT equipment extensively, and his combat experiences fuel his desire to ensure our technology is cutting edge and relevant. Matt earned his Bachelors in both Economics and Russian Studies from the University of Virginia, his Masters of Science in Information Technology from Central Michigan University, his Masters of Arts in Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, and was a National Security Affairs Fellow at the prestigious Hoover Institute at Stanford University. Since joining SRT, Matt has focused heavily on Bluetooth and Internet of Things, and is playing a role in understanding and shaping their commercial outlooks.

Executive Vice President Corporate Counsel

Jesse Adams joined SRT Group in 2016. Jesse is the General Counsel and Executive Vice President, and oversees the Human Resources Department.
During law school at University of Miami, Jesse worked for various commercial litigation law firms and held internships with two Justices on the Florida Supreme Court, and a judge on the Third District Court of Appeal. After graduating law school with honors, Jesse was accepted to the Navy JAG Corps, serving nearly eight years on Active-Duty in numerous commands across the globe including Japan, Afghanistan, and Washington D.C., as well as temporary duty onboard USS Ronald Reagan and USS George Washington.

Jesse carried the responsibility of advising some of the military’s top leadership. Notably, he served as the Command Judge Advocate and sole legal advisor to the Mayport Naval Station Commanding Officer, as well as the legal advisor to dozens of military tenant commands. He went on to work for two 3-Star Admirals as well as a member of the U.S. State Department. As part of his service, Jesse deployed to Afghanistan for 12 months in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Before joining SRT, Jesse practiced commercial litigation and family law. He is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and is a certified professional in Human Resources. In his personal capacity he has served for several years on the Board for Broward Navy Days (the organization that plans and hosts Port Everglades Fleet Week); many of those years he acted as Chairman. Jesse has also served on the Commissioning Committee for USS Paul Ignatius and as the Vice Chair of the Commissioning Committee for USS Fort Lauderdale.
Jesse proudly continues to serve as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves where he has supported our Nation’s interests in strategic locations such as Guantanamo Bay and Morocco..
